Ranch Buffalo Wings


Buffalo wings make a great appetizer or a quick meal. I personally like to make them several different ways. This recipe i have tried and it is great.. clipped this one from a magazine a while back. Its a great recipe to make for all different occasions.


4 pounds buffalo wings
3/4 cup hot pepper sauce
1/4 melted butter
3 tbsp cider vinegar
1 envelope of ranch salad dressing mix
1/2 tsp paprika

1.Place the buffalo wings in a gallon size resealable plastic bag. Combine the hot pepper sauce, melted butter and vinegar.Marinate for 4 to 6 hours.


2.Place chicken on racks in two greased baking pans. Sprinkle with dressing mix
and paprika. Bake uncovered at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes. Yields about 4 dozen.
