Side Dish Sunday- Butter Baked Corn

Something new is cooking in my kitchen! Side Dish Sundays! On Sundays I will be posting my favorite side dish recipes. Sundays are great for family gatherings and potlucks. This recipe is so easy and delicious. This is my first side dish recipe for Side Dish Sunday. Take this easy to prepare creamy baked corn dish to your Easter family gathering. You will need a corn creamer for this recipe, but it is so easy to prepare. By using this method, it makes the corn smooth and creamy.
You will need:

6 ears fresh corn
2 tsp Kosher salt (1 tsp table salt)
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 tsp Kosher salt (for the top)

Preheat oven to 400. With a corn creamer remove meat and juices from the corn over
a large bowl. Spread corn into a 7x11 baking dish. Add butter and salt. Bake for
40 to 45 minutes until corn is golden brown. Easy and delicious! Click here for the full video tutorial
