Beef Tenderloin And Red Wine Sauce

Who doesn't love beef tenderloin? It is so delicious. I found this recipe on Rouxbe.com nnd saw how easy it was to prepare and I knew I had to try it.I served this up with a salad drizzled with olive oil and a baked potato. What could be better than that?The red wine sauce drizzled over the top of the steak is delicious. Made with red wine,it gives the steak a great flavor.
